Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Wedding Pulse is designed to collect as little personal data as possible.
1. Data we collect
Account data (email) for couples and staff, the wedding data you enter yourself (event details, guests, seating, menu), and the data guests voluntarily provide when joining a wedding (nickname, table, feedback).
2. Cookies
We use only essential and functional cookies: a login (session) cookie to keep you signed in, and your language preference. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. That is why no cookie consent banner is required.
3. Analytics
We use cookieless analytics (Vercel Web Analytics). It counts visits and basic events anonymously, without storing personal identifiers and without tracking users across websites.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the app (e.g. hosting, payment processing, email delivery), and in anonymized, aggregated form for public vendor and venue ratings.
5. Retention and your rights
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. You can make a request through the contact page.
